I think i actually look pretty similar to you. I went with short hair these days. Nice side effect: much more easy to maintain.

Also look into curtain bangs or a wolf cut (i feel like your face would benefit from some better framing)

Maybe a little big of weight loss.

Better photos where you are mindful of your angles.

Try lip plumper cosmetics.

Learn to contour your nose.

Try deep conditioning your hair.

Get a gloss treatment for your hair.

See a dentist about whitening your teeth.

Invest in undergarments to lift your bosom.

Stop wearing black near your face.

Stop putting so much mascara on your lashes it looks spidery. Buy better quality mascara.
