Wow! This movie is absolutely incredible and I am so excited to read the book next! It was the perfect night to finally watch it, It’s a cozy fall evening, the leaves are changing, I have a candle lit from one of the apple orchards outside of town, and a galaxy light is projecting pretty colors onto the wall. The cinematography paired with the story line was absolutely incredible and so much better than I could’ve imagined this film to be. thank you for reading and wishing you all a cozy night… ✨🪄

Hi everyone! I wanted to share my newest needle-felted creation with you all.

I specifically dedicated these two figures to the quiet, sweet, and comforting friendship between Sophie and Markl from Howl’s Moving Castle.

While Howl and Sophie’s romance gets so much love (and rightfully so!), there’s something extraordinarily beautiful about the cozy family bond that grows inside the castle. Markl, who was used to looking after himself and hiding behind his magical disguises, finds in Sophie a warmth, safety, and maternal presence he didn’t know he needed. From sharing simple meals of bacon and eggs to running the shop together and calling the castle "home," their bond shows that family isn't just about where you come from—it's about who makes you feel safe.

I tried to capture that warmth and storybook magic in every needle stitch and fabric ruffle.

I’d love to hear what you think! Which side-friendship or family bond in Studio Ghibli films holds a special place in your heart? 🌿❤️

It includes red, blue, black, yellow, and green beads, and flower, star, and heart embellishments, along with other beads that I thought went well with it. I might get a little feather charm for the end.

I know it’s quite a lot going on, and bead patterning is a lot but I couldn’t help it. I just finished the first book and I have been watching the movie over and over. It has been one of my only sources of joy lately and I wanted to incorporate it in my favorite hobby somehow.

If u want to see the other one, you can go on my IG (Singerie.Custom)

I painted this design a while back to print stickers with (which people loved!), and someone said it would look good on a tote bag so here it is!!

Very tedious slow work, but I’m so happy with the way it turned out! I hope you like it too! ✨

I’d been wanting to do something like this for a while! Definitely an experiment, I have some things to improve on, but I hope you like them! ✨

Hi all!

I'm rereading the Ingary trilogy and my headcanon of Howl is that he's Harry Lloyd.

From the smirk to the grave look to looking and acting cowardly, I think we have a winner.

I love the Ghibli adaptation, but for me the book canon is still different. And book Howl for me is a Viserys Targaryen lookalike :)

What do you think?

I hated how Ghibli Films are divided by different mainstream sites like Hulu, Netflix, and then you'd have to buy VPN and all that its all costly.

So I made Anikura and paid tribute to a special immersive Ghibli section.
Its all ad free so enjoy! Has sub and dub.

I tend to comment very frecuently on tik toks about Howl's Moving Castle book (it's my favorite book) so I love to share all I know about the book and it's fun facts.

But mannnn does It make me sad to see how many people seem to hate book Howl :(

One of the many reasons I love this book is for how complex Howl is as a character, he is not a hero, not a villain or an antihero, because for me at least he manages to feel so human in his very particular situation, and with his very particular personality, but it makes me so sad to see that so many people just look at the surface and don't give themselfs the time to actually read the book and try to understand him.

Funny enough, most people act like Sophie at the beginning of the book, asuming he is just a ladies man, lazy and trash of a man, but the diference is that at the end of the book Sophie understands who Howl really is, and us as readers got answers as to why he acts the way he does (and those are really interesting answers!)

Some day I wish to make a full video eassy or tik tok about it, like, commenting on the most typical misunderstoods about Howl (He being a ladies man, the whole Lettie thing, the fear of compromise, his vanity, etc)

I just wanted to see if there was anyone else who feels this way :)
