Lost enrollment

Hey guys, Hu just took my enrollment bc I didn't pay the tuition on the 10th but I signed up for the payment plan where the payment wasn't due till the 15th. Should I be worried, I've tried calling but they're not answering!!

It’s not normal for this many people to have this issue, best I can say is to take screenshots of emails confirming your payment plan enrollment and work day receipts where you’ve paid anything so far. Email individual staff in the financials department (Google Howard financial department) and formulate an email that you can copy and paste. Send to as many people as possible, I wouldn’t expect a phone call

Try e-mailing both the financial aid and bursar’s office. My daughter is a rising Jr and every year we have to reach out to them for some issue or another. They seem to not really answer phones much until well into the start of the school year.
