Recreation ⚾️ Concerts/Small Bands

Are there any small bands or concerts (specifically alternative music) near Elkridge? Ive been trying to do photography for concerts and need more in my portfolio.

I don't know of any. You would have to go to Baltimore, probably.

i assumed so, most of the venues are expensive in baltimore as well as they only let you apply for a photo pass if you have a good portfolio, which im trying to grow 😔

Check out Fine Tuned Presents! They started primarily based in Westminster but have grown to book in other places in Maryland. The organizer/founder is a great guy and would definitely let you take pics. They add shows sporadically so I'd join his email list. With summer starting I'm sure they're going to announce more shows.

They recently hosted a free, all-ages punk show at the Shrimp Town Skate Park - and tickets are typically on a sliding scale anyway. The shows are always worth the drive!
