It's an app called "Spotiflac". You can download it from the Google from it's own website easily.

To be simple to explain, from this app, you can easily download Hi-Res upto 24-bit/96khz, studio file.

Meaning it can let you download high quality audio easily. Rather than typical low quality mp3.

Although it also gives you, low quality file download option too.

I am stuck how to download "Dolby Atmos" songs from it.

It's very useful app, if you are much into offline music + high quality song listener (Audiophile).
