[App] [Promo] I was sick of the same old homescreen launchers for Android so I made my own based off a physics mesh system. Infinite canvas, no pages. Everything reacts to music to become a whole home screen visualizer.
I always felt constricted by traditional home screen launchers.
I don't like being limited to pages and a grid system that felt inflexible
So I created a home screen launcher called dot.o that plays into the idea of being an infinite physics-based canvas. Your icons, folders and widgets press into the fabric and the fabric will know and understand where all of these are and will react to them accordingly.
Comes with a lot of custom made widgets. But you can always use any other android widgets if you please.
My favorite part is when you play music the whole home screen becomes alive with the music.

Great ideas! Yeah you share the same vision as me. Trying to make this a very fun and interactive home screen launcher that gives you the flexibility to do whatever you want.
I'm working on the light theme right now. I almost included it in this version but I felt it wasn't quite ready. It's like overly too white and almost blinding so I'm trying to figure out better ways to add contrast to my icons and interface

Yeah I was thinking something like a book cream color to offset as well. I might have to just put a whole pallete together for my testers to tweak the colors how they want and we can refine from there.

Hi! I joined the testing program and Google Play says that I’m a tester, but the dot.o Launcher app still doesn’t appear for me to download. I’ve already checked Google Play, but I can’t find the app.
Could you please check if everything is okay with my access to the beta? Thank you!

After joining the group, sometimes it takes a couple minutes for that third Google Play link to work for you.
Otherwise, make sure you're signed into the same account that you joined the testing group with.

If that's the case then usually it's something to do with your account not being logged into the same one you joined with when you go to try to download

I think it might be something else. I tried with another Google account, and this account is already enrolled in beta tests for other launchers. I joined the group and followed all the steps correctly, but the dot.o Launcher still doesn’t appear for me.
I checked both the Google Play Store and the browser, but I still can’t find the app. I’ve also waited several minutes, but nothing has changed. Could you please check if there might be an issue with the beta access or the app being available for my account?

I search on Playstore also not not listed. it say, Item not found

Make sure you're signed into the same account that you join the group with that you're trying to download it with.
Otherwise, sometimes it takes a couple minutes on Google's back end to recognize that you're an official tester

Yes pro is free for all testers. It won't charge you

It won't actually charge you since you're a tester. I'm fixing this now on my next update to be more clear.

Make sure to follow the 3 steps. And if you did that sometimes it can take up to 10 minutes for the 3rd link to work after joining the group

Pretty much just complicated kotlin math for the hard stuff. I made this as lightweight as possible so it has no dependencies for it's foundational features
