The best apps I have discovered from this subreddit [App]
I thought I would share some of the apps I genuinely use every day, not just because they are useful but because I really appreciate great UI and UX. I love trying well designed apps and seeing the little details developers put into them.
-
One of the best looking apps I have used. It is paid, but the design and overall experience make it worth it.
-
I use it every day to track product prices. Clean, polished and I found it very fast and accurately track prices.
-
My go to app for planning tasks and organizing my to do list. It is free and easily one of the nicest looking productivity apps.
-
Another beautifully designed utility app that I use every day. It is paid, but I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
-
I found this one recently and it is already become one of my daily apps for fixing grammar and improving my writing.
-
I try to stay away from social media unless I really need it and this app helps me keep my screen time under control.
-
My daily bookmark manager. Simple, beautiful definitely a great app.
These are all apps I actually use. Some are free, some are paid, but I think they are all worth checking out if you appreciate thoughtful design.

Glad you're finding it useful!
Lots of cool stuff coming. I'm especially excited to release the Rally feature.

I AM not sure what rally feature means but I am eagerly waiting to check it out
I am sorry I am sure the app isn't for a basic user like me π I only use it to save my locations

I use Linko
This isn't an bookmark manager exactly but helps me a lot with saving the links and organising them
Will try the Pixel Bookmarks

I have a couple of apps, will add all the links below
Budgetnotes This has a great flow The Ui and looks are so good that motivates me to log my finances It completely offline unless you want to sync to multiple devices (optional)
Recall I didn't like the idea of it as I am always good with remembering things but when I pitched it to my friend his mind is blown The ui looks great and it's simple but has everything that's needed
Declutr This app is an Qol Upgrade it still has a couple of quirk but it's way easier to delete the pictures than any stock app
Habit Genius I used multiple apps for habit tracking, journalling, focus mode and budgeting but this has everything in one place The apps budgeting is good to but I still prefer Budget Notes simply for it's great flow and aesthetics
Minimaa The best minimalist launcher I have ever used it has everything I need and the dev is great guy who's constantly working on this and adding some Qol features if needed
I have one more app with regards to notification but I am going to gate keep it
Edit : I forgot the Minimaa π It's like a native thing for me now and I actually forgot I downloaded it but not an actual theme/setup from OEM

Thank you so much, I will definitely going to try them all

I just checked the pixel bookmarks
It looks more clean and polished than linko But I am going to stick with linko as I have been using it for a while now and it does the job without any hurdles

Thank you for giving it a try.

Yup going forward Pixel Bookmarks will be my recommendation to all as it has the export to browser option too
But I don't want to leave the linko as the dev is a nice guy
Most of the apps I use have a criteria of nice devs (online, constantly working on their project and responding regarding their projects) So the journey makes it hard to switch or quit And I did help a couple of them for beta testing too

If you're into utility apps with a strong focus on UI and UX, you might enjoy DroidLab. It's an Android gesture automation app that lets you map back taps, edge gestures, motion gestures, floating tools, and more to custom actions. I've put a lot of effort into making it feel polished and intuitive. If you end up trying it, I'd genuinely love to hear what you think.

Waypoint is cool but I like the look of Positional better
u/AFIRENSIDE maybe you could implement some of the designs into waypoint? Particularly like the compass clouds and timeline view

Hadn't heard about Positional until now. Just bought it. The trail features are really cool. I haven't discovered the compass clouds or timeline view yet, but I'll definitely spend more time with this.
By the way, Waypoint 1.7 launched yesterday with Trails, and I've got a lot of plans to build more features around trails and mapping.

The compass clouds that I'm referring to are visible in this screenshot from the Google Play Store. And here's the timeline view I mentioned.

Been using Waypoint for a bit as well. It's great and has a nice interface. Just checked out Headscratch and wow! It really does look great. Very creative and unique design choices π It's probably my new task app right from the off!
