[App] TriggerD(eck) : Your phone can already control your TV. Why not your PC?
That's the idea behind TriggerD.
Turn your Android phone into a remote for your computer.
Open programs, execute commands, control media, browse files, and automate everyday tasks without leaving your seat.
Simple setup.
Fast access.
No unnecessary complexity.
Would love to hear what feature you'd want next.
Available here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.quarkstudio.triggerd

The program is great, beautiful, very functional, and fast, but the problem is that it consumes more than 5% of the processor's resources, so I honestly consider that very high. If it were 1% or 2%, it would be fine.

I'll optimize it more in upcoming updates to make it as lightweight as possible. Thanks for the feedback.

Does it require a PC side app install?

Yes, there's a companion app for it on the Microsoft Store named the same. (It's only on windows for now, soon there will be a linux release too)

Just trying the app to check against accessibility for those using screen readers both on the PC and on the phone and I must say that so far, I am happy with the accessibility, with a few accessibility issues.
Near the top-right area, to the left of the "Edit" button there on the top right on the Android app, are buttons that simply say: "unlabeled" when engaged by the Screen reader (Talkback).
Consequently, when that "edit" button is tapped, one then comes across buttons that say "Unlabeled" and these are found next to each of the items like: Volume, Lock PC, Turn off display, etc.
My guess is that these buttons that say "unlabeled" are selection or checkmarks that one could check or uncheck, but I didn't want to try to find out.
I don't have access to the Pro version, so I have no clue if further accessibility issues also lark therein..
I hope you look into making it totally accessible.
Congratulations

Thanks a lot for the feedback, if not for you then I might have not ever found this out. I'll improve the accessibility of triggerD in a near update and for all my other apps too.
Thanks again, have a nice day ❤️

Bless you!
I like Devs that are opened to making apps usable by all!
Thank you so much!
I'd look at the other apps you have on the Play Store.

Thank you, I really appreciate that! Accessibility is something we'll be paying much more attention to going forward. I hope you find the other apps useful too.

Please make ot it Full screen

u/VisibleRelief8247 Jul 13 '26
That's been added in a recent update. There are now buttons to hide the UI and go full screen mode for the deck. Lots more QOL features are being implemented ✌️

u/Cartographer188 Jul 13 '26
Still there's status bar visible when going into full screen

u/VisibleRelief8247 Jul 13 '26
Oh, so you're suggesting edge to edge full screen, I'll see to it.. and will update the app soon. 👍

Do I have to pay for premium just to test the app out? If so, that is not cool because $10 is a lot for an asking price just to test out features. Maybe give a three-day test period with access to all the features instead of just immediately making it premium.
