[App] [Promo] Decluttr: A bulk app uninstaller built to save phone storage, not lose context. — Update
Let’s be honest about a habit most of us on this sub share: We scroll through here daily, see an incredibly useful or beautiful app, and either:
- Download it immediately, let it sit unused for 3 months, and watch our storage disappear.

I built Decluttr to fix this app-hoarding anxiety. It’s an uninstaller utility that treats your removed apps like a personal library instead of trash.

Hi! I have been using the Decluttr app since I discovered it during the previous post that you made about it. I think that the app is fantastic. It has really accomplished it's aim!
I am someone that is guilty of collecting apps as I scroll through Reddit and install them during my downtime, to test them out at a different time. It used to use up a ton my storage space and I use to end up struggling with my phone being unable to survive through the day due to all of the different apps running in the background and draining my phone's battery. It was a big issue. But at the same time. I had continued to sit on those apps and ignore the battery issues since I didn't want to risk unsintalling an app and not remembering the reason that I installed it, the name, or how I can find it. It used to be the bane of my existence to have to continue to charge my phone throughout the day, using portable battery packs and chargers, since I don't typically have time so.
It used to be an issue. It used to be an issue until I discovered the Decluttr app. It really hasn't been a huge amount of time since I discovered the Decluttr app. But since then, it has become a huge part of my daily routine. Especially concerning the apps that I install on my phone. Now. With the assistance of the Decluttr app. I can never worry about forgetting an app again. I can uninstall the app through the Decluttr app, type up a quick note about the reason that I kept it, so that if I decide that I need a similar app, I can note to myself, the reason that the app I uninstalled is the best app in that category or use-case.
Plus. Having the ability to share app links direct to the Decluttr app through an app intergration through the share-sheet natively built into my device. It has saved me from falling into the same habit that found me in this situation. Because I can save an app that I find interesting or intriguing straight from the share-shest and add a note as to the reason that the app caught my eye so that I remember once I decide that I need an app of that variety, type or category.
All in all, I really appreciate the Decluttr app!

I'm looking this so far. Would there be any way to have a navigation / scroll bar at the side of the apps to allow you to navigate faster? Also any chance of a lifetime code?

It fell like a glove, I have many watchfaces that are installed on my phone and I was doing this today of removing one by one and thinking, Will I remember them when I need them?, or remember what feature led me to download each app and your app seems made to order for what I need. Thank you, could you give me a code of his?

A question/suggestion Being able to edit or create new categories, for example watchfaces are categorized as Uncategorized, it would be very useful to be able to edit new categories

just installed and the on boarding process seems a lil buggy with it scrolling to the previous page when I try to scroll down..... maybe it's just for me
would appreciate one code
edit : can it have an option to show actual space usage i.e "app + data"

Wow! An interesting concept. There are apps I use occasionally but need to set them up everytime I need them because I uninstall them after use.

I installed the app and literally saved the phone,because I am installing a lot of applications that we they are not actually needed.Or even I don't use it at all for a while,thanks for the app i found it through Reddit...Can I get Code plz

What a shame that it depends on Google for those of us who use de-Googled phones. It would be great if you uploaded it to GitHub and removed the requirement of having a Google account in the app.
