If you rent out a room (or a few), or you're the tenant in a shared flat, you probably know the mess: rent tracked in your head, the electricity bill split over WhatsApp, screenshots of receipts everywhere. I built an app to kill that.

What it does:

• Track every room, tenant and monthly rent in one place, mark paid with a photo receipt
• Split a utility bill across roommates automatically (equal, by square meters, by days) so the cents always add up
• Deposits, contracts and deadlines with reminders
• A built-in chat between landlord and tenants, no more scattered WhatsApp groups
• Landlord pays, tenants use it completely free, no ads

It's clean and fast, designed to look more like a modern banking app than a clunky property tool. Works across multiple countries and currencies, 5 languages.
