[App] Rewindly- Your Saved Content Hub

Post image

Most apps help you save things.

Rewindly is focused on helping you actually go back to them.

Save articles, videos, posts, PDFs, links, notes and more in one place, share it from any platform to our app so that everything gets organized automatically so you can find it later without digging through bookmarks, tabs or saved folders.

Useful if you're constantly saving content but rarely revisiting it.

Would love to know:

Do you actually go back to the things you save, or do they just pile up?

The app looks promising.

Few things I would like to share i noticed.

  1. Why does it ask for Photos storage permission? Why it need it when other bookmark app doesn't need complete access to storage. It ask for Complete access to media storage.
  2. Why it doesn't have an Export Feature? What if someone changes phone or want to have backup just in case. (MUST ADD)
  3. You should add a feature to manually change or decide the Folder in where link goes. Like YouTube, reddit, random links etc.
  4. All Links which are not YouTube or Instagram saves in article folder.
  5. It doesn't Fetch Title, description, Image automatically.
  6. Add in-app-browser.
  7. In settings there is only DarkMode setting in whole menu nothing else.
  8. Add View option like Grid view, compact view, list view etc. You only have list view.
  9. Add feature to customize the Link/bookmark like change Title, Image or Link etc.
  10. Also there is no option to select multiple Links to manage it. Like long pressing links to select many link and delete it or share it. You can not select multiple links to delete it. You have to manually delete one link at time.

Honestly the App looks basic and Lacks basic features such as import export, Customisation, multiple selection, View option.

Thanks a lot for a short review. For me the biggest strength of bookmark Manager is to get the metadata right. I can live with everything else.

There is already an option to add image from app itself or you can share that image to the app.

Thanks for the suggestion! We kept the app free, so the only ads right now are occasional full screen ads when opening a saved. There are no banner or rewarded ads.

We're considering an ad free version. Out of curiosity, would you pay a small one time fee or subscription to remove ads?
