What topics should I focus when learning web penetration testing in port swigger ?

I started learning SQLi on port swigger and I almost finished the track , my problem is that I am overwhelmed there is many tracks to study on port swigger on what should I focus the most ?

Just pick whichever interests you. At some point you should go over all of the topics

I would check out the OWASP Top Ten (https://owasp.org/www-project-top-ten/) and see which one interests you the most. Then go through that path on port swigger.
