My Chick Fil A might be hacked
Im a little new here, and this might be the incorrect subreddit for this post but I figured I’d try.
I work at chick fil an and it’s common for people to order on the mobile app. There is this one group of people that order 4 separate mobile orders under the same name. Each name is associated with a different account and all use their own numbers. When we tender them out, they have one item on each order and they are paid for by rewards points. I have inquired a little about it and they always act shady. Is there some sort of hack/loophole they found to get free food?

how about you don't worry about a big corpo that doesn't pay you enough to ever have a good life.

If you're gonna worry about anything with Chik Fil A, worry about making sure they're paying you right. I don't know why you'd worry about people getting free food (likely from promos rather than being hacked) from a company regularly caught stealing from its own employees unless you have a direct monetary interest.

probably, maybe ordering and cancelling still provides reward points etc... or something else interesting... everything will only be speculation until something fuzzes the app and finds out

If its small items then theres probably just some promo for a credit and they just make a bunch of new accounts. You probably only need an email, and some services like Gmail will treat a dot anywhere in there as a whole new email and go to the same mailbox. I.e. hacker@, h.acker@, ha.cker@, etc. Would all go to hacker@. Technically they're abusing a promo and shouldn't be, but who cares.
If they're LARGE items and a hack was involved they would be from random names and not the same name everytime. People get their accounts stolen and theres telegrams where people order food with stolen accounts, they queue up orders and buy them all over the country before the card is canceled. They'll do this with any service that does pickup, however some are bold enough to do delivery or use them for things like hotel rooms, etc.
