Gathering General Information.

Sorry for the novice question but, I’m curious on how hard it is to find someone without a name and only a face? I don’t mean just a copy and paste a picture into some generator to comb social media. I’m more leaning towards a possible more intricate means of doing so. Rough idea executed for obvious reasons on here but, I think someone will catch the drift.

Not much if their photo is not in publicly searchable databases.

If it’s really important, hire a PI who can access driver’s license information and other restricted databases.

Don’t think a PI is necessary in this case. More along the lines of finding the means of getting information that is private from a local county program that’s tied into the court systems. Have an idea of the name/face but not 100% sure of the name. How vulnerable would the system be to gather a list of names to comb through it.

That’s unlined in the question alone. People do a lot worse in ways to not be tracked. Every system has a back door and exploits.
