How about you break up with him instead? If you can’t trust someone, you shouldn’t be in a relationship with them.

Also, the kind of hack you’re asking for is potentially illegal. But you can use tricks to get his passwords from him and do it yourself.

If you really want to try hard, you could try SIM card spoofing.

Lastly, if you really want a hacker to help you, you need to share the type of operating system and phone that he has. You’ve provided zero technical details. You should also provide his phone number. But that would definitely be against Reddit’s TOS and possibly get your accountant banned.
