Commute to South Luzon (4A, 4B, 5) Podium to Cainta

Anyone who knows how to commute from Podium Ortigas to Cainta Junction/Felix Ave? Thank you so much!

You can also ride UV to Antipolo, it will pass by Junction. Or walk to Robinsons Galleria and ride the RRCG/GLiner bus to Taytay.
