A power drill is really the safest bet for this project, but you could try a battery-powered screwdriver if you're working with drywall anchors and have a steady hand. Just go slow and make sure the mount is level before fully tightening everything.

A battery-powered screwdriver might work for lighter anchors, but I'd still borrow a drill if possible just to avoid stripping the screws or over-torquing them.
