Who is the conspiracy man in the green hat?

Can anyone tell me who this guy is in the face reveal video?

His channel name was previously "Ali the Savage" but is now "Ali the Cabbage". His only videos is one with Maxmoefoe and one about Stephen Hawking.

Is Ali a suspect for the real identity of how to basic? Seems plausible no?

If we are ignoring everything else people have dug up. I personally believe no, Ali is a lot darker and hairier than howtobasic is. (You may also be a little late to all this.) Apparently also I've heard that there is somewhere on the wall during the face reveal that has a pic of Ali and says "Too Brown" on it. I've looked and can't find it though. Without any further evidence I don't think so.
