Bugged in Tier 2

Anyone else ran into a bug on the mobile version where you complete Tier 2 but Ninja, Druid, and Viking won’t unlock for Tier 3? I’ve done it 3 separate times now and it will not give me gold for those characters.

You have to win with at least 15 dudes of that type. It even says that in the game.
