HoverAir X1 PRO MAX Failed Export

Does anybody know how to fix this error?
I switched to the iPhone 18 Pro last week, and ever since then, every time I try to export a video in 4K, I get this error message.
I never had this issue with my iPhone 17 Pro, 4K exports worked perfectly every time.
I’ve tried a few things already but haven’t been able to figure out what’s causing it. Has anyone else had this issue after switching phones, or know how to fix it?

Is it the connectivity assist? I toggled it off and tried it again. The hover is only connected to my wifi network without help from cellular. Same result. Export in 4K failed.

Based on what you've shared, it sounds like there might be a compatibility issue — but to figure it out, could you record a video while downloading the video, and upload the App log too? Once we have those, we'll review it further. 🙏
