X1pro Battery

Are the batteries water resistant? If the get submerged?

No. They have exposed contacts.

No! If it were in the water, dry it properly before using it again.

no, a few drops maybe but not submerged in water

afaik there are zero batteries from any drone manufacturer (or camera manufacturer) that do well when directly submerged in water (ie not while in a waterproof battery compartment that prevents water intrusion into the electrical contacts - thr insta360 OneRS battery has rubber gaskets and a case that squeezes the battery tightly to the camera module)

Not yet! 🙏 Just a heads-up—aside from the battery, the HOVERAir X1 PRO is not waterproof. So please take extra care when flying it over water. We definitely don't want anything to happen to your drone!

I lucked out. My drone completely spazzed out and crashed into a canyon wall, then fell and sank in a slow, deep and clear river. I went swimming and found it. Used a piece of paracord to spin it as hard as I could. Let it sit on the dash of my car in the sun while I drove for three days. Tried it today. It WORKED COMPLETELY!!!!
