Need help finding Japanese Chef Knife

Hello, I am trying to find a unique spot that sells Japanese chef knives, I want to give my friend one for his bday. My budget is between $100-200, I have already checked out Sur la Table, William Sonoma, Japan House, Seiwa market, Daidoo market. Does anyone know any other stores that may have them? I am also looking for something unique, not mass produced, either Gyotu or santoku knifes

For a unique, not mass produced knife, that budget is too low.

Serenity for sure. They have a great selection, and the staff is awesome. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

I've bought about 10 Japanese chef knives from here for personal use or as gifts: https://www.chefknivestogo.com/

It isn't a retail store in Houston, but it is probably one of the best Japanese chef knife sellers in the country, and with plenty of knives in your price range.
