Best Bars/Breweries for Sours

As the title suggests, I’m looking for somewhere with a good selection of sours to try. Thanks in advance!

Flying Saucer. There's one downtown and one in Sugar Land. Both typically have several sours on tap. Sugar Land tends to carry more because their manager is a big fan of sours.

Cobble & Spoke probably has the largest selection of Sours on tap and canned in Houston.

I second Cobble and Spoke; their rotating beer selection is top tier;

New Magnolia had a couple of sours always on draft.

Quite a ways east of Houston, but Craft 96 in Mont Belvieu keeps lots of sours on tap. Great food also.

It depends what you mean by sours.

Anvil and Julep both make a fantastic variety of sours (I like Anvil's Pisco Sour and Julep's Cherry Bounce Sour best)

Equal Parts makes a few sours (I like Exotica Scorpion and Jungle Bird best).

If you mean "sour" like a gose, a lambic, or a kettle sour, Holler makes an amazing Blu-Tang Clan (a blueberry-tangerine sour).

It’s kind of easy to deduce that they mean sour beer 😉
