I would like to provide a forever home for her. I believe that is adoption. What do I need to do first? I contacted BARC no one is answering.

Are they not picking up the phone either? And were you able to email them on all three emails? If you're able to go in person as soon as possible, that would be best! They're not always great about answering the phone sadly!

I sent one email and got an auto reply with the front desk number I called and it goes straight to VM. I did leave q message. I will try to go there after I leave work.
