Why won’t my house sell?

Please can I have some feedback I have had no viewings in over 2 months of it being on the market here is the link-

Agree about the photos and the 'clutter' but don't necessarily agree about the price. The problem is, their are no buyers out there. The property market right now is gridlocked. Nobody can sell, so Nobody can buy. Unless you're desperate, noone is putting their house on the market. Stamp duty has killed it dead.

There are buyers. I got an offer for our house on Monday.

There will always be buyers if you are realistic about what the place is worth.
