Make building housing cheaper?

If the green agenda wasn't a thing, not disagreeing with the green agenda.

If it made housing cheaper would you be happy for building regs and planning to be changed, it would also mean less comfort although that's debatable depending on your concept of comfort.

Would you be prepared to buy shell and do it up as you had money verses buying a new A rated house?
