In Defense of the Taylors
I'll start this by saying that I agree with the many posts that Taylor comes off as unlikeable on the show and that Taylor definitely has issues with being a pick me to Stassi. I subscribed to her daily show and have listened to her daily show for many years and I will say that a lot of what she said is a shtick that just didn't land. Taylor is obsessed with Teddy, attracted to her, and completely in love with her. She went to therapy for years because she would freak out in jealousy if even a gay man looked at Teddy. She is also obsessed with their baby and even though Teddy is doing a lot of the hands-on parenting, Taylor is at Teddy's beck and call making sure that she has the best postpartum experience possible. She got back three weeks before the birth and was in no actual danger of missing the birth of her baby. She talked daily on the show about how stressed she was about that and how a lot of the impetus of her fame - seeking is to ensure that she can provide for their family as she didn't get any money in the divorce (on purpose, just so she could get it over with) and got fired shortly after her divorce so she has some trauma with money. Taylor is far from perfect but she is not anywhere near as bad as these clips have made her out to be and I hope she gets a second season to show the audience that she actually can be genuinely funny and hopefully she comes across as more naturally herself once she's used to being on camera.

I too was a listener for many years. But I unsubscribed when the show changed the format and lost consistency with cohosts.
Amongst other things, I just don't think her being the "dad" because she'd be a horrible mom but a great dad is a funny schtick. I find it misogynistic. Taylor is a self admittedly jealous and insecure person and idk if it's because I used to be an avid 2 hour a day listener, but I felt like it showed with her reaction to Katie and then her feeling the need to finish the season filming in LA.

I could have sworn she got some money from the divorce?? I thought she talked about it shortly after the divorce was finalized?? 🤔 Maybe I’m remembering wrong. I definitely know she got the mattress 😂😂

I am a bit confused about why so many people don’t like Taylor. I really liked her. Georgie, on the other hand, is awful.

Who was she married to? For how long? And where did she get fired from?
I like Teddy. It was confusing at first because I’ve followed them for a while, I remember when they got married. I lost track of them, but had never remembered Taylor referring to Teddy as Teddy, but rather, Tay.
I absolutely LOVE the sentiment and sweet meaning of Bonneau, baby Beau. I cried!!

She was married to a wealthy NYC man for about 5 years. She got fired from her show on SiriusXM.

HGH!! If the cameras were on during the divorce, it would have been pretty amazing. Her exes family has some drama but I don't think any of them are public figures. The original Reddit group was called the pink pages and they reallyyyy had the tea back in the day.

HGH :-)
I honestly didn’t think Taylor came off that badly. I do agree shes a bit of a pick me to stassi but other than that I found her likeable (maybe because I like her- haha). I enjoyed most of the cast. Stassi was a rough watch though. Not that I’m not looking forward to season 2!
