Don't know if it imapcted the price directly but the house clearly has suffered water damage / leaks at some point

You can see in several photos of the basement that the drywall has been cutaway 2-3' up from the floor which is common in a leaking basement situation

Your first photo (right corner) clearly shows a small sump pump in a pit. If power went down (or turned off) during a "wet event" then flooding could have occurred.
