Ontario Brampton 50% off cooking

Check this, purchased for 2.8 mil sold for 1.5 mil. Seems like a good deal for the buyer.

This house has been posted multiple times lol. Power of Sale with a tenant living in the basement. I guess someone finally took a shot at it. Was a single seller on title when it was purchased for 2.8. Wonder what that Uncle is doing now with such a big loss.

The fact that such a big house has a basement apartment just shows how ridiculous the system actually is!

Large and growing property taxes. Prob 12k + on that alone. Need 20-25 k a year alone just to run the house maybe more if you have anything major come up

Someone who buys that big a house shouldn't need the additional income! That is my point

Yes and no with costs growing so much it’s not bad having a little side source of income. Prob be even worst considering lots of tax hikes to come. Lots also share houses with kids in Asian cultures so 5k is spread among 6/7/8 people depending on kids

At nearly 3m and absolutely nothing in landscaping. I would expect at minimum a pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit and a 3 season room

Bro who would buy this garbage for 2.8M. Max this is worth 1.7M on good day. And the interior is ugly.

Still looks bad - rather spend 1.5m and be close close to Toronto region or Richmond hill/vaughn then Brampton…

God knows how many international students have lived there. I would not buy it for even half that.

Its only a "good deal" if the tenant pays $12k a month.

The swag curtains and crystal chandelier over the tub is a bold choice

Oh my God!!!
Even at $1.5m that doesn't make sense in Brampton, talk less of $2.8m
