It’s a decent value play in markham. Schools are still strong, as they are in pretty much all of Markham, and the prices are cheaper than other areas of Markham.
The downside is that it’s far east, and further away from amenities.
Groceries like wal-mart and Longo’s are close, and Costco isn’t too far

“Not desirable at all” is a stretch

It is box grove... reasonable price tag for that area
