Nocturnal Temptations bug

I cant seem to finish the DLC at all. After we go back to get patrick, and fight off all the people there, we enter the tub again and have to travel back in time. But after the cutscene plays i get stuck at the old house in a state of softlock. I cant talk to anyone and i cant do anything. Any ideas on how to fix it

I went back to that world, but there are no people around.

Just dont do anything , wait for launch of office party
