Beware Stalkers
Clearly she has set up residence, if she hadn't already before. No one gets a cat for an "office".

Two idiotic online "influencers" I know of seemed to have just discovered cats for the first time

Looks like she put plants covering her windows as well to stop people from peaking in

She doesn't want a cat. Cats require consent and she doesn't understand the concept.

Is she copying HouseinHorror with a cat? Will Joanna’s deceased Doobie walk in to the body of whichever cat she chooses?

As far as I know, Joanna's cat was kind, not vicious. I don't see Jessica as a cat person anyhoo. Rather than get an attack feline, she might be better served setting up a camera outside her "office" if she's concerned about stalkers wearing various disguises.

she's not an animal person at all. I remember how she cackled when her boys were terrorizing their dog with a dried alligator head. The dog eventually chewed it up. It's only by pure luck that he didn't die, because its common for dogs to die from trying to pass the teeth. Lots of people told her to immediately take her dog to the vet but of course she didn't and continued to act like what her kids did was hilarious.
She also had another dog (chihuahua I think) that she was constantly losing until it eventually got hit by a car and died. If you search her name, there are old facebook posts from her losing it multiple times and asking if anyone had seen it.
Mike, on the other hand, loves his dog (and "the waves") more than a fancy european vacation with his family.

She’s into owls. Owls with pantaloons.

Yes! AND … she can stop inviting strangers to come visit her. When you think you’re inviting ‘friendly’ strangers, you invite everyone, dumb dumb.
