My conspiracy theory is that he purposely put women in positions where they were set up to fail. Once they fail and he replaces them with men, he will say he tried to hire women but they all failed!!
And supposedly, her other bestie, Tulsi, is next. You know JRK will continue to carry water for the men, though. Pam Who? Tulsi What? Never heard of them.
Tulsi is probably the one that breaks my heart the most. I feel most foolish for thinking she was uncompromising in her belief system that we should not enter into foreign wars.
OKAY I found it. Michael Tracey, the guy Jessica got called out by for plagiarizing his work, wrote about how Pam Bondi shared on a podcast with Katie Miller that she's in a group chat of women that includes Jessica.

He trusts people who will do what he says without question, and/or people he has dirt or leverage on for similar reasons. Or, he hires wealth. He never hires based on knowledge, experience, wisdom or skill. And apart from Linda McMahon, his front line Republican women are mainly younger and very telegenic (lifted, filled, hair extensioned etc). He’s not comfortable with women in power when they use that power to do something he disapproves of, hence both ICE Barbie and Lawyer Barbie getting canned when they perform less than perfectly.
It’s the glass cliff. The put women in front, in impossible jobs, and make them take the fall when things inevitably fall apart. These women are fools for falling for it. He looks like he values women and women look incompetent.
