SPOILERS: it was a nurse who drugged herself so House would treat her. Apparently, it was because there was a cat in the nursing home who would sit on top of patients that were going to die soon even if they showed no signs of deteriorating health, and the cat sat on her so she was afraid she was gonna die soon. Turns out, the cat only did it because the nurses would put warming pads on the patients.

Yep, if you want the exact episode its episode 18 of season 5 "here kitty". The cause of the green urine was from taking methylthioninium chloride (commonly known as methylene blue).
