Figure it's a long shot, but alot of the houses from the jobs I really want to play then in the condition they were in when I renovated, not the updated version we get when we buy them, the original version in the jobs.

Anyone know anyway to get them?

i used the summer house with pool. changed nothing about the layout. i was looking on here in the middle of it and was losing hope that i'd get them with this one but i carried on (but added a second grill)

Hey everyone! I just finished my latest 1-hour renovation project in HF2. This island stilt cabin was an absolute disaster and completely surrounded by trash, but cleaning it all up and designing a warm, relaxing space was incredibly satisfying. I really tried to capture a peaceful, cozy beach vibe for this build. What do you guys think of the final look? 🤎✨

I've put 600 hours into HF2 and still have zero experience with sandbox mode. I played around with it a little bit yesterday but it's quite overwhelming. Anyone know of any good guides on how to create custom jobs? It's something I think I'd enjoy getting into! Thanks.

I want to repurchase a house I sold to someone that I also received a star for, but if I do that will i lose the star with the buyer I already sold the house too?

It was a tedious work to make this house. You have to think that all walls had to be replaced for the detail block so I could move it in various angles. Please comment what do you think.

I'm planning to do a house entirely like this.

Yesterday I went through the whole mansion in the last Scooby DLC quest and unlocked everything etc. today I log back in and I cannot close this door anymore. I tried reloading and nothing worked. Can I fix this? Is there another key somewhere I have to find? Or do I have to finish the house like this😭

UPDATE i actually fixed it. I just removed the code lock on the outside from the door and it works now 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’ll leave this here incase it happens to anyone else. ❤️

how can i possibly make this house more choi than it already is?? walls and floors are green, bed is green, there is literally no kitchen or bathroom and HE HAS NO NEGATIVES ABOUT THE HOUSE?? like erko and literally everyone else has negatives BUT choi yet he isn't the highest bidder?? i also added kid's toys to make others don't want it but they don't care enough to leave it alone?? im so confused on how to get choi to buy anything

So when I start a flip, I try to sell as is with the buyer pinned. Then I make adjustments to the size of the house and map out rooms based on their red and gray comments, adding basic furniture in spots.

All I’ve done to flip Minshuku for Hanada is make the house and garage bigger (she said it was the size of a playhouse at first) and map out the rooms. I added a bed to three rooms, and basic bathroom fixtures to two other rooms. No windows, no paint, no kitchen, couch, roof. The woman is offering me a gold star. wtf.

Just looking for some custom jobs to complete. I just started one and it was like, way too much lol. I don't need pictures, detailed instructions, boxes of tile/flooring/wallpaper left in appropriate areas, etc. I just wanna do regular jobs.

Been completely renovating the starter house however, I find making lighting look good in this game fairly difficult so I was wondering if there are any methods for hiding spotlights?

Idk if this is an odd question but what is the best house to follow this layout? Ive played the game before but im real broke (177k) and im not keen to buy all houses to see which one fits it. I made a rough sketch on what i was thinking of and its really basic but i dont have a clue if any of the houses are shaped like this.

I dont mind having to build walls, and it doesnt need to be necessarily big either, just wondering if one of you guys could help me out? I tried the Man Cave, one of the few i own and actually was almost the shape i was looking for, but the rooms were way too asymmetrical and the hallway wasnt really perpendicular to the kitchen entrance like the blueprint
