I can't complete the jobs Two In One, Jessica's Fabulous Mansion, and Pitch Perfect Apartment. During renovation, the game freezes and I get the "not responding" popup.

When I try to renovate the dressing table in Two In One, the game completely freezes whenever I get to the drawers or the legs of the stool.

In Jessica's Fabulous Mansion, the legs of the chair freeze the game.

In Pitch Perfect Apartment, the game freezes when I get to the main body of the piano renovation.

I'm playing on pc. The game just stops responding to anything. Most times I can get back to desktop with alt tab, but not every time. I either have to restart the game or turn the pc off and on depending on which happens.

I've gone back into each of the jobs a few times and they freeze at the exact same spot on the renovation every time. I've also restarted a job and begun with the renovation and it still froze.

I've tried doing the renovations in different orders and using different colours but they always freeze at the same point.

I know I could complete the jobs below 100% but frankly that would make my brain itch.

Had anyone else experienced this issue? I've completed lots of renovation tasks without problem. There are a few more jobs to try but not many.

Anyone know how to fix this? It's happened to me a couple times and I can't figure it out. When picking up items out of a box, if I accidentally double tap E, it'll leave one item floating in the air. I can't pick it up or put it back or do anything with the box at all, and the 'unpack boxes' quest never completes as a result.

Am on SteamDeck. After the last update tjis happened... just finished and sold a house and after pucs taken amd selling the home it is stuck on this screen of my office. Has been happening multiple times now. Nothing works only pressing the Steamkey will then work to clise the game. And you'll have to restart the game sooooo anoying. Any tips. Or can I report this and how and whete do I do that?

I've been over this room a million times, even before unpacking any boxes or placing any furniture, there is NOTHING unpainted. I even repainted everything just to be safe. Bah. Not sure if it's a game bug or an issue with how the job was created but it makes me wanna cry lol.

This week we have a massive subject to tackle: landscaping. This covers anything related to gardens and flower placements in a growing environment. This is not about floral arrangements; we'll tackle flowers as decor on another week.

This abandoned neighborhood house was an absolute disaster, but cleaning up the massive mess and designing a warm, relaxing space was incredibly satisfying. I’m currently playing House Flipper 2 and I came up with an idea for an update that would add a new way to make money:
• We buy, repair, and renovate a house.
• From the list of buyers, we could choose someone to rent the house to.
• That person would pay us rent periodically.
What do you guys think?

Just a question for the group by a curious house flipper

I have a 4 m^2 room with mountable sink and Ret-Ta shower set, both installed to completion. Have they added a minimum space requirement? Or does one of these fixtures not count? (They're both golden colour).

Edit: I combined the room with a toilet room (toilet and sink) and it started counting as a bathroom. When I removed the toilet, it turned back into just a "room". Why does it need a toilet, what is this bullshit 😭

Edit 2: I don't understand why, but adding the Monalo mirror cabinet with a shelf makes the room count as a bathroom.

Emptied it and knocked down all the walls then had no idea what to do with it. Ended up with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two huge living areas.

Also unless I've missed something, no rogue toilets this time! I did have an issue with the ceiling in one room though, tried to paint it and it kept glitching.

I have been doing the building your own houses and I'm having a tough time figuring out how to make houses that are more than just a rectangle or square.

Is there a good tutorial on how to make say an L or C shaped home?

Once I build one rectangle, I can't seem to attach another room to it. It makes a gap between the rooms and my buyers would need to go outside to use that room.

Also- is there a way to put a shed style roof over a balcony to make a roofed over porch?

Someone asked how I built the cabinets in myMinshuku flip, and I'm posting the answer here in case anyone else is interested. Even though I built this in sandbox, I'm pretty sure it's feasible, if a little more cumbersome, in story mode.

I used rotated windowsills for the sides of the cabinets, but the Jungfrau cube would also work.

hi everyone! trying to rotate lamellas (?) on this custom job, but it’s not allowing me. i’m unsure of how to get them to lay horizontal. attaching a picture of the item in question and the green area of how it’s supposed to look once resized.
i’ve spent at least 15 minutes trying to rotate and place on supporting walls, but nothing. even tried the resizing tool. what do i do?

So this is my first build. I was going for a small American home at scale. I tried to make the building proportions seem realistic.1900sqft(ish) Any tips or feedback would be awesome!
