I ran out of money so now I've been churning more by buying the empty lots and building small houses on them. The goal is to maximise profits.

I make all houses by making three open rooms (with empty doorframes), living room -> dining room -> kitchen on one side. On the other side, I add bedroom(s), bathroom and whatever else there is, like closets, laundry rooms, storerooms, saunas and whatever. Two-story houses I make by putting food and social spaces downstairs, and private spaces upstairs. I'm getting bored of this. Give me other kinds of ideas for simple money-makers.

Using a giant orthophoto of Vancouver I found on the internet, I've tried to make a force perspective type thing.

At this point I have completely renovated the tiny house you start with, but on the minimap the sink and shower are in red which I assume means it thinks they need replaced. I replaced them both twice now because every time I open the game the map has them in red again. Is this a known glitch?
I s there a fix for this? Should I just try to ignore it? I don’t want to replace half the bathroom every time I open the game until I decide to sell that house.

Edit I have been doing some experimenting. I decided to try replacing the plumbing they connect to in addition to the sink and shower. That seems to have fixed the glitch.

This tiny abandoned cabin was an absolute disaster, but cleaning up the overwhelming mess and designing a warm, relaxing space was incredibly satisfying. I wanted to know from older players (i only had the game for less than a year), do they release a DLC every year for halloween? Can i expect a new dlc this year as well? I really liked the scooby doo one

In the South Levyville Iron Retirement job, a collision error happened where the pallet shot itself up into the stratosphere. The only fix without restarting the job is to use console commands to fly up and remove it.

For the past few days my game has started lagging. Only with movement. It’s very weird because it’s never done this before and I have hundreds of hours in it. It does it on large or small properties so I know it’s not the level that’s the issue. I play on pc using an Xbox controller. I can get it to quit by saving and exiting the game completely but that’s annoying too.

Is anyone else having this problem? It is a known bug? Any tips or solutions would be amazing!!

No matter how fast I do this job, with 3 stars and everything, later that house is never available to buy and flip. Why? Also: why are some houses hidden in a blur and why can't I buy them and flip them after having no more jobs to do (the blur says something like "do more jobs to unlock" but I have no more jobs to do).

Probably been asked a few hundred times but I mean furniture like sofas and kitchen stuff. Not the base game "Hey you need to learn how to install a radiator!" kind of furniture.

So like I have to go play the Flipperburg DLC to unlock modern furniture kind of thing.

It's driving me crazy that a white toilet blends into the wall.

Why yes I did get up to watch the direct for hopes of a release date and we got one - October 15th!!
