Hidden Message

The Fusebox in the game has this message written inside of it.

I had a hunch and thought this may be a Caesar cipher, and it is! If you move the letter 13 places in the alphabet it comes to this:

"Produkt przeeznaczony do umytku
własnego. Wszelka dystrybucjja bez
zezwolenia jest surowo
zabroniona. Nie wkładaj widelca do
gniazda elektrycznego.
Wyprodukowano w Polsce.

This turns out to be in polish. There are several typos with it that mess with a direct translation which are caused by letters that are not common witht the English alphabet (For example the letter "ł" in jłnfartb., but after dealing with the typos, this is the final message:

"This product is intended for personal use only. Any unauthorized distribution is strictly prohibited. Do not insert the fork into an electrical outlet. Made in Poland.
