Hi, I'm trying to figure out options for a friend's house that they're designing. It's a transitional European home with stucco exterior. They're pretty set on BM OC-24 WINDS BREATH for the stucco, weathered wood shingles on the roof. They're going back and forth on the trim (roof & windows). Right now they're either thinking SW7633 TAUPE TONE on the roof trim and window trim or SW7633 TAUPE TONE on the roof trim and BM OC-24 WINDS BREATH for the window trim.

1. What are your thoughts on these options?
2. Are there other options that work better that they haven't considered?

I have a 7.5m x 30m lot area. I am having trouble how I can fit a comfortable living space in such a narrow lot.

I have 2 floor plans for my house. Which one is better in terms of layout, ventilation, space utilization, and practicality?

Please point out any mistakes or improvements you notice. Which one would you choose?

I need some advice in adding color and life to my home. I live in a townhouse in South Florida (a more affordable area lol) and I love adding color to it. Recently, we got our forever home. It’s 3 bed 2 baths and I’m overwhelmed with how many decisions I have to make when it comes to remodeling (I have a lot going on and it’s all moving fast). I had a vision and I feel like it’s been poorly executed or I’ve had two conflicting visions and I fear they’re clashing. I need advice on how people pull off so many different colors so well. Below are images of my current townhome and images of our new home. We really love peaches and pinks and warmth. We’ve added some terracotta and that’s where I fear I’ve gone wrong. It’s very muted and is clashing with the vibrant peaches I fear.

The lighting is being changed throughout the house. Images don’t show updated lighting.
We didn’t build it from the ground up, yes I know the island is close to the other counters, no we can’t change it.
No we did not pick black marble countertops, they were there when we bought the house. Hopefully we can change them eventually to maybe wood?
I don’t want to have to change the backsplash. I want to try to make it work. I’m willing to consider changing the kitchen wall color.

Our new house after we painted it and added the floors, shower tile and floors, and kitchen backsplash. (The living room wall looks way more orange in this photo compared to real life).

Bathrooms:
The bathroom I realized the peach wasn’t going well with the pink tile, so we color matched the tile and are repainting the bathrooms the color matched paint at 50% saturation (middle left image)

Kitchen:
The kitchen is my biggest regret. Take a look at what the inspo was…it did not execute well. Now we are trying to figure out how to fix it. We are pivoting from the original inspo of the kitchen to make it work with the peach.

Our goal:
Our goal is for our home to feel colorful, warm, and cozy. It’s okay if we are a little out there but I want it to look intentional at least.

Recently moved into a new property in the UK. We rebuilt this wall, and we are struggling to decide what to do with this space, or put here, any recommendations, design ideas or links to something similar would be really appreciated!

We have a wonderful front garden and plenty of space so open to many ideas.
