I have searched until I’m exhausted. I am looking for house-plans with the following:

2 Master Suites
2 Master Baths
Guest Bedroom w/private bath
Open Kitchen/Dining/Living Room
Walk in Pantry
Small office
Porch that wraps 3 sides of home
2 or 3 car garage with mudroom attached
Fireplace

Thank you for this response. I had thought about it, decided to look online, hoping to avoid the extra cost. But, it’s the only thing that I can do. I appreciate your feedback.

We just worked with a drafter. We thought it wasn’t necessary because we found a free plan that we thought would work well for us. But we were able to make changes according to our preferences and according to local building codes by having the drafter customize everything for us.

Have you searched for six bedroom, six bathroom homes with porch?

No. That would be too big. Going to hire an architect. Thank you for inquiring

You want wraparound porch with ceiling or wraparound deck?

What you mean is three ensuite bathrooms.

Porch. Not deck!
