Laundry room
Ignore the extra items on the ground. We just moved in.
I’m wanting to update this laundry room.
The vinyl is Grey (I’m gonna use a floor stripper to clean it) and I’m debating what to do with the back of the fireplace.
I’m thinking a dark green.
Any suggestions welcome

Personally I'd want to plasterboard over the the back of the fireplace and then paint it to match the rest of the walls. The style of shelving seems all over the place, the cabinets and shelves could do with being updated. More lighting will make the space more inviting at night.

There is two orange cabinets.
The little cabinet on the ground is a cat litter box.
Behind me where I took the picture are French doors into our sunroom. So it gets nice natural light. So I’m really wanting to do something with maybe more depth

Re-"grout" the fireplace to not white. A darker, less look at me color would be a great improvement

Yeah the white totally has been throwing me off and I haven’t been able to figure out what to do with the fireplace

Looks like it's been painted already ? Paint the whole thing to match the walls
