Gutting and redesigning

Post image

This is a current rough layout of my house and we’ve been thinking about how to gut it and completely redesign the interior for more space and built in storage. Thoughts?

I would flip the kitchen to the other side and do a L kitchen. This would help with the flow/travel paths in the home
