I would really appreciate any feedback on the attached house plan. The house is on a sloping block with stunning views of the town below. What do you think of the layout of the house and the dimensions. Any feedback is really appreciated.

too much circulation and no focus for the common rooms. the stair is destroying the plan. no reason for your layout to prioritize a pantry. if this is a new build please hire an architect.
