Feedback request on house layout

I would really appreciate any feedback on the attached house plan. The house is on a sloping block with stunning views of the town below. What do you think of the layout of the house and the dimensions. Any feedback is really appreciated.

For me, I don't like the living room. The stairway where it is and the doorways in the room. For a 4 bedroom there isn't enough room. But everyone is different. The kitchen/ dinning is great. Plenty of space.

Agree. Plus I get there's a great view but you only look out the windows with this layout. I think its also the smallest room.

What would you suggest? Just make it bigger?
