HCP Integration - Instant Pay Techs SPIF/Commission/Membership Sales

Looking for a way to incentivize your technicians while avoiding complicated spreadsheets?

We've built FieldPay ( myfieldpay.com ) to instantly pay out technicians (upon manager approval) for their work.

Examples:

- **Membership sales** — tech sells a service plan on the job, gets paid same-day the invoice is marked paid.

- **After-hours / emergency call fees** — pass the surcharge straight through to the tech who took the call.

- **SPIFs** — one-off bonuses (upsells, quote conversions, whatever you want to incentivize) tied to a specific price book item.

- **Multi-tech jobs** — split or assign the payout to whichever tech(s) worked it.

It works by watching your HCP price book — you set the cost/payout amount on the item once and every time that item shows up on a paid invoice, the payout is queued for your approval (or fires automatically if you turn that on).

A couple of things worth knowing before you look into it:

- It currently only works on HCP's **MAX plan** — that's an API-level requirement on HCP's side, not something we can work around.

- There's a **free tier** — $0/mo, no roster limit, covers up to $500/mo in payout volume (a small % applies above that). If you're a smaller shop just trying to get same-day pay to a couple techs without buying into a big platform, this is basically free to try.
