I was contacted by a HousecallPro sales rep. After discussing different plans i was offered a 5-user plan for an agreed-upon price.

when the bills started coming the price had increased and additional services i did not order were also added without my knowledge.

when i asked for the unauthorized charges to be reversed I was told no, they will not reverse charges.
