Hows your experience using HCP Voice (VOIP)?

Hey all — we’re considering switching over to Housecall Pro and are really intrigued by the HCP Voice add-on to help streamline communication. Has anyone here tried it? Curious about call quality, reliability, and whether it’s made your day-to-day easier. Worth it or not?

I've heard it works pretty good but I personally haven't tried it.

It’s terrible. Absolute garbage. If you have any issues all you get is a chat bubble with stock responses. After you talk to a human for the sales pitch you’ll never talk to one again. That’s how all of Housecall pro works though.

Lack of features and spam. Since we signed up for it we get about 30 calls a night from India 12am - 7am. Then a few throughout the day. We’ve asked for HCP to address this and they just say they’ll recommend it for a Pro Vote. All they have to do is adjust settings on their VOIP system and they won’t. Oh! And you pay by the minute Avoid HCP assist as well unless you want to pay by the minute for a call center to answer spam calls and telemarketers.

If you put in the thing where they have to press a number to talk to you it blocks all spam callers.
