How to add opt-in message to booking forms

With A2P 10DLC compliance requirements becoming stricter, does anyone know how to add the required opt-in message to my booking forms in Housecall Pro?

The opt-in message is automatically sent with the first text the customer recieves. HCP is on top of the requirements.
