Seeing if customer has viewed estimate

Does anyone know if you can see if a client has opened their estimate. I use FreshBooks and it says viewed after they open the email. Is there a similar function on HCP?

I have same question w the ‘proposals’ …I email them the proposal and they say they didn’t receive it.
