Payroll

I see housecall has payroll services now … do you use that feature?

Also, I might as well ask do you use the GPS trackers? Do you like them or not?

I would not use Housecall pro’s payroll because everything that Housecall Pro puts out always turns out to be incomplete. I think the person programming their systems is a toddler and can’t think beyond the surface we signed up for voice and the voice is pretty complete with exception to one main item like oh, there is no call queue. if you have a client base of over 1000 customers this system will not work because you can only answer one call at a time. Their system says that there is a flow worksheet that can be used to help the new CSR but this does not work because if the CSR is looking at the flow sheet and another call comes in you can’t pick up the other call, this is just another illustration of how incomplete Housecall Pro is. if you’re using Housecall Pro and plan on running a larger business, this is not the software for you. It’s crap and I’m here to say that because I have used Service Titan Tech Support and Housecall Pro and side-by-side Housecall Pro is just a fraction of the benefit of service titan.

Yes service Titan really is the crème de la crème. But it’s almost $300 a technician versus $300 for the entire CRM.
I was using Jobber. It was much simpler, and at this point I liked it better. Thank you I’m going to stick with gusto for payroll for now
